Meeting

INITIAL CONSULTATION

We like to start with understanding our clients needs, style preference, budget, and timeline. During our initial meeting, we evaluate the clients project via site visit or plans by understanding the layout, and existing conditions.

Designer Comparing Samples

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

At this step, we like to gather inspirations through mood boards, color schemes, and materials. We provide a document outlining the project scope, objectives, and initial ideas.

Adjusting a Model

DESING PROPOSAL

We present initial sketches, 3D renderings of the proposed drawings. We also provide a rough estimate and cost associated with the design and execution.

Designer and Print

DESIGN REFINEMENT

We like to incorporate feedback from the clients refine designs. We also move towards selecting fabrics, finishes, furniture and fixtures.

Presentation

FINAL DESIGN PRESENTATION

At this stage, we present you with the final designs, specifications, and 3D visuals. We also provide a comprehensive budget breakdown.

Contractors

PROJECT PLANNING

We give you a detailed project timeline with milestones. We place all the material order and furnishing along with any coordination necessary with suppliers and vendors.

Construction Planners

IMPLEMENTATION

At this stage, we over see the execution of the design, coordinate with contractors and tradespeople. We arrange installation of the materials.

Workers Supervising Construction

FINAL WALKTHROUGH

At our final stage, we conduct a walkthrough with the client to ensure satisfaction. We make any necessary tweaks or adjustments based on clients feedback.
